INFORMATION & TRANSPARENCY
Terms of use
Last updated: 5 October 2026. CNDP formalities are being prepared.
1. Provider and purpose
Jebrental is published by Youness JEBRANI, a self-employed entrepreneur in Morocco. These terms govern professional access to its vehicle rental management application. Jebrental is neither an intermediary nor a party to rental contracts.
2. Access and use
The agency protects its credentials, restricts access to authorised persons and checks the information and documents generated. Features depend on the selected plan. Maintenance or incidents may cause interruptions.
3. Subscriptions
Prices are displayed in MAD for a monthly or annual period. A 7-day free trial is offered. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are specified in the offer agreed with the agency.
4. Agency data
The agency retains its rights over its data and remains responsible for its processing and CNDP formalities. Jebrental acts as a technical processor under a processing agreement to be concluded with the agency. On closure, a one-year period is provided for returning and then deleting data, except legally required evidence.
5. Electronic signatures and DGSSI
Jebrental provides a remote signature tool to help manage rental documents. As of today, Jebrental is not approved by Morocco’s Directorate General for Information Systems Security (DGSSI) as a qualified trust-service provider under Law No. 43-20. This feature does not provide qualified electronic signatures.
The agency must check that this signature method suits its documents and the requirements applicable to its business. Where a qualified electronic signature is required, it must use an approved trust-service provider. Jebrental does not guarantee automatic equivalence with a qualified electronic signature.
